At Span the Chasm, we help our clients develop world class inside sales teams.

A key component of that is driving excellence into the phone sales experience. Our Call Coaching service is designed to help reps accelerate the adoption of best practices specific to their environment, and remove habits and behaviors that are destroying their effectiveness.

As the most important part of this service, we need Sr Consultants to:

  • Review annotated calls with our client’s reps.
  • Conduct monthly Call Camps with our client’s sales teams to re-enforce good behavior.
  • Provide monthly executive reporting to our client’s leaders to identify and drive new sales productivity behaviors.

The Sr Consultant will:

  • Diagnose both the structural and nuanced elements of good and bad sales reps calls.
  • Help sales reps develop better ways to approach calls and radically improve their engagement and effectiveness.
  • Identify systematic skills and competency gaps that indicate opportunities for future sales development.

Experience needed:

  • 10+ years as Sr Manager or Director of an Inside Sales team.
  • History of coaching sales reps.
  • Excellent phone skills.
